“Best Resort Ever!” - Ashleigh77777 Queenstown, New Zealand
We visited last month and were greeted by the friendliest receptionist. We were then taken to our room, which was stunning. Very spacious and beautifully decorated.
The pool is amazing, and so relaxing with a beautiful view. The whole pool area is a lovely place to spend your time at.
We went to dinner at See the Sea. The service and food couldn't be faulted. I definitely recommend it, was the tastiest Thai food I had my whole trip to Thailand. Eating right by the beach was so special.
Overall, a excellent resort. I would love to thank all the kind and caring staff for making our trip one to remember!
If we ever return to Thailand, there is no doubt that we will stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time!

“Rustic and charms hotel situated beautifully at the beach” - fredrikc440 Bangkok
The hotel lies quiet and beautifully at the beach in a quiet place. There is a road just outside but you don't think of it once in the hotel. The style and the decoration of the hotel is very esthetic and I have the feeling much thought has been put into decorations and layout. Some parts of the hotel misses the final touch though and have not been finalized (yet?). We lived in garden villa which consisted of one reasonable big room plus a big bathroom. Again, the layout of the gården villa seem to have been well thought through and you get a very rustic feeling. The rooms are not luxurious and there are som spider webs, but I really like the rustic feeling you get.
The staff is very service minded and friendly. There might not be service at the pool but when in the restaurant they try to think one step ahead of you, a sign of quality. The restaurant is great, it lies right on the each and you have a great view while hearing the waves roll in. They serve thai food at reasonable prices and the quality of the food is surprisingly good, among tok ten thai places I have eaten considering everything.
I like the beach here, clear water, no people, no vendors trying to annoy you and not to many water jets. Ok, they could have cleaned the beach a little, but for those of you who have stayed in Bangkok for a while you tend to not see the garbage anymore.
All in all a very positive experience and considering the price this is really great value for money. If you are looking for a five star hotel where everything is perfectly smooth this is not for you, but if you are looking for a hotel right at the beach, with nice design, rustic and familiar feeling with a very nice and ambient atmosphere, service minded staff, then this is home.

“Best place on Laem Mae Phim” - soithree Bornem, Belgium
This place is not the cheapest, but certainly the best place to stay when you're at Laem Mae Phim.
It's location simply can't be beaten, very nice rooms and bungalows (I prefer the rooms in the hotel building)
Great swimming pool very close to the beach with a great view of Ko Samet.
Free internet, but only near the lobby, it will work when you stay in a bungalow near the swimming pool.
Top spot, not too many tourists.
Tip : best seafood at Jojo restaurant, and for a game of pool and a few beers Bamboo bar and Lucky saloon are really nice.
